I’m an Austin, TX–based personal trainer and yoga instructor with over 9 years of teaching experience. My journey began as an athlete growing up, where I discovered a passion for movement, strength, and wellness. Today, I bring that passion to every client I work with.
My mission is to empower others to feel strong, balanced, and confident—helping you create sustainable habits that support your healthiest, most fulfilling life.
Yoga has been a part of my life since high school. In college, I deepened my connection to the practice while working at a yoga studio, and after moving to Austin in my early twenties, I took the next step by becoming a certified teacher.
It has been an honor to guide students on their own journeys. In my classes, I strive to create a balance by offering both energizing challenges and restorative, grounding movement.
As an athlete growing up, I learned early on the importance of strength, endurance, and mobility. Over the years, I’ve carried those principles into my training approach—focusing on building functional strength, improving performance, and creating a balanced, resilient body.
My goal is to help clients feel strong and capable, whether that means lifting heavier, moving with more ease, or simply feeling confident in their everyday lives
